The collection offers iconic brand inventory: black hoodies and camo-treated sweatshirts with collaborative graphics and exclusive prints, faux croc leather crossbody and Brie bags, and signature metal chokers that feature a transparent “Rollercoaster” buckle for the first time. KM20 logo that is installed on long sleeve t-shirts, embossed inside the bags subtly completes the design.
Local skate-group TROICA took on the role of models and starred in the 1017 ALYX 9SM x KM20 campaign. The choice of skaters as models is no accident. Williams himself and his work are inextricably linked with skate culture. In a thirty-second video, the skate trio of TROICA performs drops and kick-flips right at the store's underground parking and against the backdrop of Moscow landscapes. Video was filmed using VHS tapes, imparting the feel of raw and underground city subculture, a homage to the past.
Matthew Williams will launch the collection at KM20 on November 23 with an autograph session. Every local fan will be able to meet the designer in person. The meet and greet will take place on the first floor of KM20 in the exclusive brand pop-up corner, curated and implemented by KM20 specifically for this event.
