FENDI Summer 2021 Capsule ft. FF Vertigo
FENDI celebrates the summer season with a dedicated Capsule Collection injected with a joyful, uplifting mood that is dominated by yellow and light blue tones that features a special collaboration with Italian design brand Alessi for its Bento box ‘Food à Porter’ enhancing the uniqueness of Made-in-Italy.
The charming, psychedelic FF Vertigo motif is created in collaboration with New York-based visual artist Sarah Coleman, known for her disruptive manipulation of designers’ materials that she employees to rethink and repurpose everyday objects with an ironic filter. She creates for FENDI a new magnetic motif that is a twisted, turned version of the classic FF logo designed by Karl Lagerfeld in 1965 that invades the collection and lands also on the FENDI and Alessi Bento box ‘Food à Porter’.
The Alessi Bento Box ‘Food à Porter’, designed by Sakura Adachi, is far from resembling a traditional food container, yet it is an elegant designer’s object that can be carried as you would do with a bag. Spacious, compact, versatile, thanks to its internal division in three compartments, completed by two tops that can be used upon necessity and with regards to the food that you are transporting.
The FENDI and Alessi ‘Food à Porter’ is the ideal bento box to eat your portable lunch wherever you desire, that meets functionality with aesthetics.
