Campagne - 1/15/26
Bottega Veneta today launches its Summer 2026 campaign, shot in Venice by Juergen Teller. The campaign honours the house’s regional origins in the Veneto, while affirming a fresh creative chapter under Louise Trotter.
The campaign brings Teller’s characteristic raw, authentic style to the elegance and heritage of Venetian locations including the Giardini Napoleonici, Palazzo Rocca Contarini Corfù, Palazzo Contarini Polignac, Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello, the Lido, and the Angolo Fiorito flower shop which stands outside the Palazzo Franchetti, near the Accademia Bridge.
With these locations ranging across public and private realms, interior and exterior spaces, and both daytime and nocturnal settings, the campaign mirrors the precision of daywear tailoring alongside the exuberant details and opulent textures that run through Trotter’s debut collection.
There are allusions to iconic cultural characters who lived and spent time in Venice – notably Peggy Guggenheim and Truman Capote – while the collection is also set in a wider conversation with the city’s abundance of art and aesthetic expression, from a sculpture in the Giardini and a faded tapestry on a Palazzo wall to an intricately carved lintel and an organ playing at the Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello.
Campaign details spotlight Trotter’s innovative dialogue with Bottega Veneta artisanship, including the dimensions of the original Intrecciato, and evolution of iconic Bottega Veneta bags.
