Designed in-house by founder and creative director Charaf Tajer, and art director Steve Grimes,  the Atlantis is imbued with passion and purpose, sculpting its own unique perspective in the luxury  sneaker market.
Lifting its name from the lost city of Atlantis, the mythological connection between water and  storytelling is considered within the liquid movement of the wave sole, which encases the shoe.  While the upper, in direct contrast, adopts the classic design language of timeless sports shoes  through details such as perforated leather, and punchy suede accents.

Retaining the core Casablanca ethos of harmonising nature and architecture — Atlantis was  crafted with balance in mind, with notions of the man-made and mathematic juxtaposed with raw  and organic elements.
Introducing a brand-new, free-spirited identity to Casablanca’s design codes, Atlantis is a  testament to its core aesthetic and sensibilities. Intending to craft a silhouette that was “shockingly  beautiful”, its inimitable curvature is a reflection of laid-back elegance and refinement, with the  gentle ripples of the movement of water embodied in the sole. 


Born out of the Casablanca atelier, developed in Italy, and crafted in South-East Asia, a marriage  is made between comfort and wear-ability, and a meticulous, elevated attention to detail,  materials and construction, Atlantis seeks to redefine contemporary luxury, presenting ground-breaking design codes with a purpose.

Casablanca’s Atlantis sneaker is due to drop as a brand-exclusive online on November 16 before heading to a list of global stockists on November 18.
