‘During a holiday trip to Patagonia, I packed some favourite looks to shoot for ÀCHEVAL. Juggling my two kids and niece, they became the unexpected models. As a mother, no doubt I’d honor their childhood: the clothes had to adapt to their ages, never the other way around.
The photo sessions lasted seconds. Just as one posed, the other yawned; when one smiled, the other would shout. My vision clashed with their spontaneity - I wasn't running the show.
As a perfectionist, it was tough, but I stuck to the hard truth that we only truly learn from our failures. In the end, despite the challenges, my little anti- models shined as they played in Patagonia rocking Acheval.’
