The House of Givenchy is pleased to present the Moon Cut Out hobo, its statement handbag for Spring 2022.
Crafted in a smooth calfskin leather, this latest addition to the Cut Out family of accessories embodies the dichotomy that Creative Director Matthew M. Williams has been weaving throughout his collections for the House. Intuitive yet opulent, natural yet technical, easy yet elegant, this light and functional handbag distills the hobo shape to its essence while incorporating the directional new G-cube chain, which gives the bag an extra dash of urban elegance and, like its twin strap in leather, is removable and adjustable.
The Moon Cut Out hobo comes in two sizes, in neutral shades of Dune, Cloud Gray and black, as well as in seasonal hues like Dark Red, Fluo Yellow and Blush Pink. A special edition created in collaboration with the artist
Chito will also be available in limited numbers. Lastly, the version shown on the runway, in Cloud Grey leather with a delicate, handmade over-layer evoking a spider web also will be available in selected markets.
Prices for the Moon Cut Out hobo range from 1,250 euros for the small model to 1,450 for the medium-sized model. The Moon Cut Out by Chito is priced at 1,390 euros, and the spider version is 1,990 euros.
The Givenchy Moon Cut Out hobo will be available in-store and on givenchy.com starting on November 5 th, 2021.
