On the occasion of LOEWE’s third collection with the legendary Ibiza boutique Paula’s —for Spring Summer 2019— the brand will launch an expansive 230 m2 pop-up shop at renowned Parisian department store Le Bon Marché, in the 7th arrondissement. Capturing the exuberant spirit of the Balearic Islands, the LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza collection draws upon Paula’s iconic archive of designs, with prints personally chosen by LOEWE creative director Jonathan Anderson. The pop-up runs from 27 April through 22 June, showcasing bohemian, beach inspired Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-Wear and Accessories featuring the colourful prints, as well as stationary items and plants.
The LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza range celebrates the famed Spanish island’s carefree, life-loving spirit, manifested in playful prints that made it a destination for style hunters from around the globe and now cover a broad selection of coastal leisurewear in natural materials.
Timed to officially kick off the warmer season, the LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza pop-up at Le Bon Marché brings the creative vibrancy and festive atmosphere of Ibiza to Paris’s Left Bank for two months, through a specially programmed calendar of events — details and listings are available online and through LOEWE’s social media channels. Highlights include live DJ sets, an ice cream bar (by Saint-Germain-desPrés artisans Il Gelato del Marchese), a cactus stall (with Marais shop Les Succulents Cactus) and LOEWE’s Personalisation Service that enables clients to individualise their bags with alphabet engraved dice charms.
More activities are to be announced, including workshops and special appearances by the founders of Paula´s Ibiza Armin Heinemann and Stuart Rudnick. The LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza pop-up at Le Bon Marché opens with a special event on 27 April, featuring DJ Zaltan, founder of Parisian dance label Antinote.
