Uncompromising, exacting; right every time. An edit of outerwear for the man who values practicality as well as provenance. From neat formal shapes to the full parka, Moncler’s intrinsic understanding of the needs of the modern realist allows the brand to create subtle jackets that layer into busy lives with ease and elegance.
Formal shapes that borrow from the working wardrobe are reconstructed in Moncler’s nylon and down: the Ferrandier jacket follows the lines of a blazer with lapel collar and pockets, but is reinforced with a stand collar interior bib for resolute warmth. The Zumstein has a contemporary aesthetic, cut as an overshirt in stretch nylon with snap buttons for an easy sophistication.
Fabrics that normally belong in the sartorial output are reworked into warm protective jackets such as the Bess, a double-layered blazer in Prince of Wales check, or the Schreckhorn and the Obergabelhorn, finished in 100% Virgin wool for a timeless versatility.
For occasions when only full coverage will do, the Bornes is a double-layered parka with a sleek silhouette that translates for commute or cross-country. Similarly dimensioned the parka is a knee length hooded coat following Moncler’s classic lines of boudin quilting, but finished with an understated aesthetic that’s perennially in style.
