JW Anderson launches collaboration with Wellipets

JW Anderson has officially launched their long-anticipated collaboration with Wellipets, the brand behind the renowned British frog wellington boots that Princess Diana used to dress her kids in. The iconic frog wellington’s shape is now reimagined as a rubber loafer for adults, available in three colourways – green, yellow, and blue.

JW Anderson first teased the collaboration in January 2023, incorporating the loafersin their Men’s Autumn Winter 23 / Women’s Pre-Fall 23 show. Crafted in Italy, the loafers are made with recyclable, injection moulded PVC rubber.The soft insole provides cushioning and is finished with Italian suede leather for additional comfort. The final touches are then applied by hand with a lick of smooth red paint to distinguish the frog mouth.

The collaboration JW Anderson x Wellipets is available from April 20th at jwanderson.com, wellipets.com, JW Anderson Soho in London and JW Anderson in Milan.
