JW Anderson Launches Eyewear

JW Anderson launches eyewear, introducing 4 unisex styles inspired by iconic JW Anderson pieces, as well as bringing distinctive design elements to classic silhouettes.

This debut eyewear collection offers a versatile array of styles that combines JW Anderson’s daring contemporary design with functionality; Each piece is available in one size and a range of colourways, crafted in premium Mazzuchelli Acetate from Italy.

JWA01-Bumper

These frames are inspired by the iconic design of the Bumper Bag, borrowing its playful enlarged proportions and bright, buoyant colours. Lens are encased in exaggerated square frames, with tubular edging mimicking the ‘Bumper’ of the bag. This style features asymmetrical temple tips that resemble the ring and bill of the JW Anderson Anchor logo, as well as exaggerated gold JWA logos on the temples.

JWA02-Rectangle

A JW Anderson twist on a classic design, the edges of these chunky frames are contrasted with a matt finish. The silver endpieces are visible, a testament to the quality hinged construction of the glasses. Asymmetrical temple tips resemble the ring and bill of the JW Anderson Anchor logo.

JWA03-Geometric

This style is a combination of acetate and metal detailing, classic lenses are intricately encased by an sleek metal frame and temples, with acetate detailing on the frames. Metallic nose-pads are embossed with the JW Anderson anchor logo, with symmetrical temple tips resembling the bill of the JW Anderson anchor.

JWA04-Twister

This style lends its design from a JW Anderson signature design, the Twister Bag. Acetate has been expertly molded to resemble the twist of the bag’s handle; the temples have been delicately twisted, and there is a flat twist across the bridge that flares out into enlarged, winged frames. Each style comes with a matching faux fur case. Each case is padded and lined, for a luxury feel that protects the frames.
