MSGM presents MSGM CLIC®, a whole new family of accessories that marks the renovated focus on this segment characterising MSGM’s current strategy.
Fresh and easy just like its personality, the range’s name comes from the recurring element defining all designs, the distinctive snap closure inspired by classic schoolbags and satchels, a heritage reference translated into an ultra-contemporary element, the MSGM way.
Made in lasered metal and featuring a neon reflector, the CLIC® mechanism retains an industrial flavour, almost a nod to Creative Director Massimo Giorgetti’s love for brutalism, beautifully clashing with the bags feminine shapes and bright hues.
Crafted in 100% vegan leather, the CLIC® family will grow over the next few seasons and expand into a wide range of products including clutches, cardholders, AirPods cases and much more.
Unveiled on the Women’s Spring/Summer 2022 catwalk, the MINI CLIC® bag is the family’s debut style, a compact version that will establish as a brand carry-over and that for SS22 is rendered in bold Vichy prints, or eye-catching daisies and “tuttifrutti” patterns channeling the collection’s picnic inspiration. Together with its sister model, a larger shoulder bag fit for all occasions, the style also comes in monochrome yet fluorescent tones of yellow, pink and green.
For the launch of the MINI CLIC® bag, MSGM presents a 3D/CGI campaign video playing again with the bag’s name and onomatopoeic quality: on the “clicking” sound of a bomb countdown timer, the CLIC® mechanism is imagined to trigger an explosion of MSGM color, just like the bag itself is supposed to bring joy, fun and bursting energy into anyone’s wardrobe.
The MSGM MINI CLIC® bag will be available WW in the MSGM’s stores, at shop-msgm.com and in a exclusive multibrand network starting from April 2022.
